All furniture requires a 50% deposit at the time that the order is placed.
All pens are shipped at no cost to the client.
Furniture is shipped via freight carriers FOB-Origin.
Shipping charges continuously change based on four basic factors -- fuel costs, package size, package weight, and distance. If shipping overseas, other factors such as tariffs, the political environment, and trade agreements must be considered. Shipping costs for large items, such as furniture, are one of the most difficult things to determine until a project is completed. Based on experience and working with common carriers, we can get pretty close to the shipping costs. We have found that the following points help to ensure a good shipping experience.
- Provide us with:
- an accurate shipping address
- both cell and landline phone numbers
- an email address where we can send you tracking numbers and other info
- Have someone present to receive the shipped item
- Photograph the package from all sides before opening
- If the package or item is damaged:
- take photographs of the damage as soon as possible
- write a concise report, as soon as possible, that includes:
- attitude of those delivering the item
- your initial findings and thoughts upon receiving a damaged package
- a good description of the damage
