The project was completed about 4 weeks prior to the original estimate which was great since I was then able to give it as a Christmas gift. Phil provided a very detailed project proposal and was willing to make tweaks and revisions to honor my requests. My requests were pretty general but Phil built the project to specs. If I pursued an additional project in the future I'd be more specific and detailed. The wood he recommended was exactly the color I wanted. The shipping process was good as well, the keepsake box arrived in one piece and in great condition. The additional inset tray fit great. Overall, I'm very pleased with this project. No doubt Phil is a senior Craftsman for any project you bring to the table. Phil was extremely helpful and had many suggestions on making this project just right. He is very personable, communicative and caring for your needs. Being a perfectionist in woodworking myself and since I had Phil construct this build due to my complicated schedule, I must say after our first discussion I had no reservations that my project was going to be completed as if I did it myself. There is no question that his builds are as if he is making it for himself, and in return it did indeed turn out stunning... Not to worry whatever your project, I can tell you his work is extremely detailed and made with great pride. Phil also went out of his way for me to get additional input from his wife, considering I was having this project constructed for a lady co-worker that unexpectedly lost her husband.
